The VBF vet support charities work for vets and their dependants, vet students and vet nurses to provide help and support in times of need.

Our support services have been developed to offer a helping hand to colleagues who find themselves confronted by difficult circumstances, for whatever reason.

Each service is completely confidential and information is not passed from one organisation to the other without the express permission of the person requesting assistance.  

Volunteer veterinary surgeons play a large role in the delivery of our services.  They are able to use their shared professional background to understand the specific pressures affecting members of the profession coming forward for help from the VBF vet support services.
